Operating terms
Available to our own Ylläsjärvi and Levi cabin guests and local Orajärvi departures on scheduled dates. Choose Own Cabin Guest or Orajärvi / Pello Local in the inquiry. External hotel or cabin guests should select the Aurora or Snowshoe experience. Aurora is a natural possibility in dark conditions, never a guaranteed inclusion.
Booking and practical preparation
Every inquiry is reviewed personally for date availability, route, guest suitability, luggage, child restraints and dietary needs. A 25% deposit secures a confirmed date; the 75% balance is due seven days before departure. Bookings confirmed within seven days require full payment.
In terrible weather, guests can cancel up to and including the day before departure. Applicable refund details are supplied in writing before payment. If we cannot operate a confirmed outing safely, we reschedule or refund.
Wear your own warm base layers, winter outerwear, insulated winter boots, hat and gloves. The listed camp equipment is included; clothing is not supplied.
The 30% no-aurora refund is reserved for the standalone Private Aurora & Hot-Tent Evening and does not apply to this experience.
