Operating terms
Indicative €450–€650 per private group of 1–4 guests. The 2.5–3.5-hour duration is route-dependent and includes the private arrival journey and any agreed welcome stop. Your quote confirms the arrival point, accommodation destination, meeting time, luggage volume and child-restraint requirements. The airport or train-to-accommodation journey is the core service; the short forest-fire stop is agreed for your route and may change with weather conditions. Capacity remains subject to registered seating, suitable restraints, payload and luggage.
Booking and practical preparation
Every inquiry is reviewed personally for date availability, route, guest suitability, luggage, child restraints and dietary needs. A 25% deposit secures a confirmed date; the 75% balance is due seven days before departure. Bookings confirmed within seven days require full payment.
In terrible weather, guests can cancel up to and including the day before departure. Applicable refund details are supplied in writing before payment. If we cannot operate a confirmed outing safely, we reschedule or refund.
The 30% no-aurora refund is reserved for the standalone Private Aurora & Hot-Tent Evening and does not apply to this experience.
