Operating terms

A comfort-first private basecamp and dining experience at a pre-selected wilderness site near your departure zone, with limited local route flexibility. This is not an exhausting, unlimited-distance road chase. On safe cloudy nights it can operate as a wilderness hot-tent dinner. Aurora sightings are never guaranteed; if no aurora is seen on this Private Aurora & Hot-Tent Evening, we offer 30% back. If the weather is terrible, you can cancel up to and including the day before departure.

Booking and practical preparation

Every inquiry is reviewed personally for date availability, route, guest suitability, luggage, child restraints and dietary needs. A 25% deposit secures a confirmed date; the 75% balance is due seven days before departure. Bookings confirmed within seven days require full payment.

In terrible weather, guests can cancel up to and including the day before departure. Applicable refund details are supplied in writing before payment. If we cannot operate a confirmed outing safely, we reschedule or refund.

Wear your own warm base layers, winter outerwear, insulated winter boots, hat and gloves. The listed camp equipment is included; clothing is not supplied.
