Pickup and your route

Rovaniemi · Levi · Ylläs · Kittilä → Orajärvi basecamp.

Choose one confirmed pickup location. The listed areas are alternatives, rather than a series of stops on a shared tour. Your host agrees the route, meeting point and timing personally.

Private group pricing

Strictly two guests maximum for tent space and Arctic sleep safety. The same private group total applies to a solo booking.

Operating terms

Hosted exclusively at our private Orajärvi wilderness basecamp. Strictly limited to 2 guests maximum (couples only) for tent space and Arctic sleep safety. €1,290 for 2; the same private rate applies to a solo booking. Clothing, sleep suitability and conditions are reviewed personally before confirmation.

Booking and practical preparation

Every inquiry is reviewed personally for date availability, route, guest suitability, luggage, child restraints and dietary needs. A 25% deposit secures a confirmed date; the 75% balance is due seven days before departure. Bookings confirmed within seven days require full payment.

In terrible weather, guests can cancel up to and including the day before departure. Applicable refund details are supplied in writing before payment. If we cannot operate a confirmed outing safely, we reschedule or refund.

Wear your own warm base layers, winter outerwear, insulated winter boots, hat and gloves. The listed camp equipment is included; clothing is not supplied.

The 30% no-aurora refund is reserved for the standalone Private Aurora & Hot-Tent Evening and does not apply to this experience.
