Operating terms
Route, walking distance and pace are agreed for your group and snow conditions. In March, returning daylight makes this a beautiful way to enjoy the late-winter forest and snow before warming up around the stove. Wear your own insulated boots and winter clothing. If the weather is terrible, you can cancel up to and including the day before departure.
Booking and practical preparation
Every inquiry is reviewed personally for date availability, route, guest suitability, luggage, child restraints and dietary needs. A 25% deposit secures a confirmed date; the 75% balance is due seven days before departure. Bookings confirmed within seven days require full payment.
In terrible weather, guests can cancel up to and including the day before departure. Applicable refund details are supplied in writing before payment. If we cannot operate a confirmed outing safely, we reschedule or refund.
Wear your own warm base layers, winter outerwear, insulated winter boots, hat and gloves. The listed camp equipment is included; clothing is not supplied.
The 30% no-aurora refund is reserved for the standalone Private Aurora & Hot-Tent Evening and does not apply to this experience.
